Develop accounts, build up a book of business, and prospect for new business leads via leads, networking groups, cold-calling, referrals, and all avenues of social media Builds new clients by locating, Negotiate terms, conditions, and costs for services with clients.
Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans for the new job orders you secure.
Continually obtain information and feedback from clients in order to maintain high level of service. Track weekly calls and appointments.
Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
Ability to negotiate rates / salaries, convince clients within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology. Well-networked in the defined sectors and should have a successful track record of delivery.
Candidate with Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors, Implementation Partners is a must. Good experience in contingent (Contract) staffing as well as FTE (Full Time Employment).
